Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken cutlets with olive oil.
  4. Dredge each cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
