Scale
- 4 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup sugar (for the apple mixture)
- 2 cups apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1 cup of sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool afterwards.
- In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, toss the diced apples with 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Layer this apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Finally, mix the apple juice with a bit of sugar and pour it over the entire dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Let the pretzel crust cool completely before adding the cream cheese layer.
