Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Add the apple mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Serve the dip with cinnamon sugar chips for dipping.
Notes
Choose apples that hold their shape such as Fuji or Honeycrisp. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for easier mixing.
