- 4 pieces of cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon dill sauce over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Choose cod fillets of even thickness for uniform baking. Fresh lemon juice and chopped dill enhance flavor. Be careful not to overcook the fish.
