- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1/4 cup jelly (grape or strawberry)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, jelly, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
- Toss the chicken wings in the peanut butter and jelly mixture until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the coated wings on it, spaced out for even cooking. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
Notes
Pat the wings dry before marinating for crispiness. Flip the wings halfway through baking for even browning.
