A unique twist on classic chicken wings with a delicious peanut butter and jelly glaze.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1/4 cup jelly (grape or strawberry)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, jelly, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the peanut butter and jelly mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the coated wings on it, spaced out for even cooking. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.

Notes

Pat the wings dry before marinating for crispiness. Flip the wings halfway through baking for even browning.
