Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir in the sesame oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
- Garnish with the sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a high shelf for broiling to ensure the top gets a quick blast and the inside stays moist. Store extra sauce separately if reheating.
