  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla protein powder and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats gently so the mixture thickens but remains pliable.
  4. Carefully fold the fresh blueberries into the batter, keeping them as intact as possible.
  5. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, transfer bites to an airtight container and keep refrigerated until serving.
  8. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature, pairing with fresh fruit or yogurt if desired.

Notes

Always soften the cream cheese fully for a uniform texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days or freeze for two months.
