Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan or bowl.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
Toss blueberries in a teaspoon of flour before folding to prevent sinking. Do not overmix; stop when dry streaks disappear for the best crumb.
