These flatbreads combine creamy brie with tangy cranberries and crunchy almonds for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • Brie cheese (as much as you desire)
  • Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over each flatbread.
  4. Add slices of Brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and honey or maple syrup over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over the flatbreads.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly and the almonds are toasted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces for serving.
