- 2 flatbreads
- Brie cheese (as much as you desire)
- Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over each flatbread.
- Add slices of Brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Drizzle olive oil and honey or maple syrup over the top.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over the flatbreads.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly and the almonds are toasted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces for serving.
Notes
For a health-conscious option, try using whole-grain flatbreads for added fiber.
