- Croissants
- Cooked chicken breast
- Caesar dressing
- Romaine lettuce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to bake the croissants if not pre-baked.
- Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Caesar dressing, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce and mix well.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and top with the other half of the croissant.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Shred chicken against the grain for tenderness. Store the chicken mixture separately from the croissants if making ahead to preserve texture.
