- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the turkey and follow package instructions to prepare.
- In a bowl, mix together corn, black beans, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble the bowls, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, and the turkey mixture.
- Top with the corn and bean mix and diced avocado.

Notes
For creamier texture, mash half the avocado into a quick guacamole and dollop it on top. Serve components warm and cold for the best contrast.
