Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use unsweetened shredded coconut for less sweetness and adjust baking time if needed. Wet your scoop to prevent sticking.
