Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Form the yogurt mixture into clusters (about 2 tbsp each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the baking sheet with clusters for 1-2 hours until completely frozen.
- Melt the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and freeze for a few more minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use cold Greek yogurt for better texture and quick freezing. Store in an airtight container with parchment layers between clusters for up to two weeks.
