Sweet frozen bites featuring juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a chocolate coating – perfect for snacks or parties.

  • Total Time: 135 minutes
  • Yield: 10 clusters 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Form the yogurt mixture into clusters (about 2 tbsp each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the baking sheet with clusters for 1-2 hours until completely frozen.
  4. Melt the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and freeze for a few more minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Use cold Greek yogurt for better texture and quick freezing. Store in an airtight container with parchment layers between clusters for up to two weeks.
