Ingredients
Scale
- 10-12 cups popped popcorn (or ⅓ cup kernels, popped)
- 1 (10-12 oz) bag white candy melts or white chocolate (melted)
- 2 cups mini pretzels (optionally broken into pieces)
- 10 oz Red and Green Christmas M&Ms (regular, peanut, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set it aside.
- Pop the popcorn: If using kernels, pop them and place the popped popcorn into a very large bowl.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to the package instructions.
- Combine ingredients: Pour the melted chocolate over the popped popcorn. Add half of the pretzels and M&Ms, then stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread on the baking sheet: Working quickly, spread the popcorn mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Add toppings: While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle the remaining pretzels, M&Ms, and Christmas sprinkles over the mixture.
- Let it cool: Allow the chocolate to harden, then break apart your Christmas Popcorn into clusters and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh popcorn for the best texture and experiment with different types of chocolate or add-ins.
