Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm, drizzled with cream cheese frosting if desired.
Notes
Use a well-seasoned or non-stick skillet for best results. Let the batter rest briefly for smoother crepes.
