- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate for coating (optional)
- Sprinkles or crushed biscuits for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Biscoff biscuits, cookie butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- If desired, dip each truffle in melted chocolate and then roll in sprinkles or crushed biscuits.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill again until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, work with chilled filling and use a small cookie scoop for uniform balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
