Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 ounces diced smoked turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth out any creases. Transfer the pastry onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced smoked turkey until it becomes crisp and warmed through, then drain on paper towels.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer the Brie over the sauce, then sprinkle the turkey and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create a rustic border, brushing with egg wash.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs, cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Assemble up to a day ahead and refrigerate; brush with egg wash and bake when ready. Leftovers keep in an airtight container for up to three days.
