Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
