An easy and elegant recipe for creamy lobster bucatini, combining rich flavors with simple preparation for a restaurant-quality dish at home.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bucatini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup lobster meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook bucatini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add lobster meat and cook until heated through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked bucatini to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve with chopped parsley on top.

Notes

Use good quality Parmesan for the best depth of flavor. Warm the lobster gently to prevent it from becoming rubbery. Reserve a little pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
