- 8 oz bucatini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup lobster meat
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook bucatini pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add lobster meat and cook until heated through.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked bucatini to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve with chopped parsley on top.
Notes
Use good quality Parmesan for the best depth of flavor. Warm the lobster gently to prevent it from becoming rubbery. Reserve a little pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
