- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, use a wide skillet for even mushroom browning and avoid boiling the cream to keep the sauce smooth.
