Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or egg roll wrappers for extra crispiness)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian-seasoned or plain)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for air frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas or wrappers and place some filling on each. Roll them up tightly, sealing the edges with the beaten egg.
  3. Dip each roll in breadcrumbs and place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use egg roll wrappers and avoid overfilling. Store in the refrigerator for 1-3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
