- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas (or egg roll wrappers for extra crispiness)
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian-seasoned or plain)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray or olive oil (for air frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas or wrappers and place some filling on each. Roll them up tightly, sealing the edges with the beaten egg.
- Dip each roll in breadcrumbs and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use egg roll wrappers and avoid overfilling. Store in the refrigerator for 1-3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
