- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and brush them lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with roasted veggies or a fresh salad.
Notes
For best results, pat the fillets dry before coating. Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
