Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, sliced mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir until combined and bring to a simmer.
- Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef mixture.
- Spoon a layer of mashed potatoes over the cheese, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
