- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce or relish
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Baguette or pre-made crostini
- Brie cheese (ensure it’s at room temperature)
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Lightly brush both sides of the slices with olive oil.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the crostini cool slightly.
- Spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce on each toasted slice.
- Top each crostini with a slice of pear followed by a piece of Brie cheese.
- Optional: Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the cheese.
- Return the crostini to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the Brie is melted.
- Serve warm.
