Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, rolled oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir the dry and wet ingredients until they are evenly mixed and form a crumbly dough.
- Add water or milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition until the dough reaches a soft cookie dough consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using, so they are evenly distributed through the dough.
- Chill the dough for about 30 minutes if you want a firmer texture or roll into bite-sized balls and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a creamy nut butter for the smoothest texture. Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
