Delicious crescent roll pockets filled with chocolate and vegan mini marshmallows, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 to 12 squares of semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of fine sea salt (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper for the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles along the perforations.
  3. Brush each triangle lightly with melted butter or oil.
  4. Place a small square of chocolate and a few vegan mini marshmallows near the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, tucking the filling inside and pinching seams to seal.
  6. Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet with the seam side down.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops of the bites.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and chocolate is melted.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before sprinkling with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  10. Serve warm for the best melty experience.

Notes

For best results, cut chocolate into equal-sized pieces for consistent filling. Chill the bites in warm kitchens before baking.
