  • Total Time: 82 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 jar dill pickle brine
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken cubes in dill pickle brine for at least 1 hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ranch dressing and minced garlic.
  5. Season the chicken skewers with salt and pepper and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Drizzle the garlic ranch sauce over the grilled chicken skewers and serve.

Notes

For a lighter meal, skip the ranch drizzle and serve skewers with a fresh salad. You can also swap chicken for shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
