- 1 jar dill pickle brine
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken cubes in dill pickle brine for at least 1 hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- In a small bowl, mix together ranch dressing and minced garlic.
- Season the chicken skewers with salt and pepper and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Drizzle the garlic ranch sauce over the grilled chicken skewers and serve.
Notes
For a lighter meal, skip the ranch drizzle and serve skewers with a fresh salad. You can also swap chicken for shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
