Instructions
- Pat cucumber slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, chopped dill, chives, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer over four bread slices, overlapping slightly.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently to set.
- Trim crusts if desired and slice each sandwich into halves or fingers for serving.
- Serve immediately for best texture and appearance.
