- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor. Consider substituting half-and-half for a lighter version.
