- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack!
Notes
For best results, measure almond flour lightly to avoid dense donuts. Customize with cinnamon or nuts if desired.
