Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Brie cheese
  • Fig slices
  • Honey
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a slice of brie cheese on each piece of baguette.
  4. Add a slice of fig on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle a little honey over each bite.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then serve warm.
