  • 12 oz tricolor rotini pasta
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the tricolor rotini in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir gently until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes
