- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate fudge (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Remove from oven and create a well in the center of each cookie cup using the back of a spoon.
- Fill each well with chocolate fudge.
- Optional: sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the fudge.
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
- Enjoy your fudge puddles!
Notes
Use full fat, creamy peanut butter for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
