Golden, garlicky chicken skewers coated in a buttery parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and skewer chicken.
  2. Make the garlic parmesan butter sauce.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Trim excess fat for even cooking. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning. Reserve sauce for maximum flavor.
