- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- Tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the diced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice or quinoa.
- Add the cooked chicken on top, then layer with diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes
