Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef stew meat, garlic, butter, baby potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and onion powder. Mix well to combine.
  2. Pour the beef broth over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
