- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Create an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry jam, allowing it to spill over slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle some crushed nuts on top of the jam before baking. Experiment with different jams for a unique flavor twist.
