Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
For a slightly saucier bowl, add a splash of reserved cooking water or a teaspoon of brown sugar to the pan and simmer one minute. Toast sesame seeds briefly in a dry pan for extra aroma.
