Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the glaze over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Choose a firm, compact head of cauliflower for the best texture. Store roasted cauliflower in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in a 375°F oven for best results.
