Ingredients

  • 11 oz soft goat cheese (or part cream cheese)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup olive tapenade
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the soft goat cheese and crumbled feta cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the garlic powder to the cheese mixture and combine well.
  3. Spread half of the cheese mixture onto a plate or a serving board, creating a smooth layer.
  4. Generously layer the olive tapenade over the first cheese layer, making sure to spread it evenly.
  5. Take the remaining cheese mixture and spread it over the olive tapenade, smoothing out the surface.
  6. Gently press chopped almonds onto the sides of the layered cheese log to form a crunchy crust.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs to add a pop of color and flavor.
  8. Serve with an assortment of crackers or slices of rustic bread for the perfect pairing.
