Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the soft goat cheese and crumbled feta cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the garlic powder to the cheese mixture and combine well.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture onto a plate or a serving board, creating a smooth layer.
- Generously layer the olive tapenade over the first cheese layer, making sure to spread it evenly.
- Take the remaining cheese mixture and spread it over the olive tapenade, smoothing out the surface.
- Gently press chopped almonds onto the sides of the layered cheese log to form a crunchy crust.
- Garnish with fresh herbs to add a pop of color and flavor.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers or slices of rustic bread for the perfect pairing.
