- 1 pound lean ground chicken

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 cup milk
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for better blending. Don’t overmix the meat for a tender texture.
