Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use room-temperature ingredients for better blending. Don’t overmix the meat for a tender texture.
