- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in chicken, cheddar, and green onions.
- Spread mixture evenly into the greased dish.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes after baking.
- Serve warm with garnish if desired.
Notes
Use warm or room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending. Shred chicken finely for better distribution in the dish.
