- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Dip each Oreo cookie into the cooled coffee, allowing them to soak briefly.
- Arrange a layer of soaked Oreos in a rectangular dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of Oreos.
- Repeat the process with another layer of soaked Oreos and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate ganache and melted white chocolate for decoration.
Notes
Use cooled coffee for soaking cookies without melting the cream. A quick dip ensures cookies remain tender yet intact. Letting the tiramisu set overnight yields a cleaner slice.
