  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Dip each Oreo cookie into the cooled coffee, allowing them to soak briefly.
  2. Arrange a layer of soaked Oreos in a rectangular dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of Oreos.
  6. Repeat the process with another layer of soaked Oreos and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
