Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.

- Toss in the pasta and pour in the vegetable broth, bringing everything to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the broccoli florets and cook until the pasta is tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Lower the heat and carefully stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
