- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and milk to the pot; bring to a simmer.
- Cook according to pasta package instructions, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a healthier version, use skim or plant-based milk and add sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
