- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, chopped basil, flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Form small balls or patties with the cheese mixture and gently place them into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Keep bites small and uniform for even cooking. For storage, refrigerate leftovers for up to three days or freeze for longer preservation.
