- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together over low heat. Stir in the marshmallows until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies until well-coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture and swirl with a knife.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
Use natural spreadable peanut butter for a creamier finish. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
