Gooey peanut butter Rice Krispie treats topped with a glossy chocolate swirl, perfect for parties or indulging.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together over low heat. Stir in the marshmallows until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies until well-coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture and swirl with a knife.
  6. Let it cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Use natural spreadable peanut butter for a creamier finish. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
