  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 ounces pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the cheese mixture into an oven-safe dish or pie pan, smoothing the surface.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. While the dip bakes, melt the pepper jelly in a microwave-safe container, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  7. After baking, top the cheese dip with the melted pepper jelly.

Notes

Using room temperature cream cheese ensures an even melt. Freshly shredded cheddar cheese is recommended for the best texture.
