Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken tenders with pickle juice. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs until smooth.
  4. In a third dish, place breadcrumbs for coating.
  5. Remove chicken from pickle juice and coat each tender first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
