- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pimento cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Work quickly with the puff pastry while it is cold for best results. For uniform bites, use a ruler and a cookie scoop.
